Casa Machín, a restaurant in Écija recognised with a Guía Repsol Solete

Casa Machín is a Mediterranean and traditional Andalusian restaurant founded in 2004, located in the historic centre of Écija (Seville), next to the Palacio de Benamejí. Awarded a Solete by Guía Repsol, it specialises in rock fish and fresh seafood from the Huelva and Sanlúcar fish markets, soupy rice dishes, select meats from northern Spain and handmade Mozarabic pastries.

Guía Repsol awarded us a Solete Primavera 2026 — one of only three in Écija — highlighting our recipes rooted in Andalusian tradition, our rice dishes and our roast suckling lamb. Since 2004 we have brought together produce, service and hospitality in the same premises in the historic centre.
